Agreed. I'm a fairly light/normal user of data, and my monthly data usage is generally just over 2 GB. I think 3GB is a reasonable amount of data for most everyday use per month.

I wound up going immediately afterward to London Drugs and bought the SIM with no problem. I don't think I would've had any luck trying to convince the guy at Walmart to sell me the SIM. He basically said they had a limited stock and were saving them...
