I am having the same issue where I can run using 4g or LTE and I can text or receive incoming calls but I get the same voicemail message when I try an outgoing call. When I look at my phone settings using a Samsung a71, it doesn't have volte option.
When I tested with Wi-Fi off, I do see it shows either 4g or LTE icon at the top but still cannot make outgoing calls but I can answer incoming weirdly enoughi did also check sim card status. Looks like it is on service

Hello @slusagm , Yes I am in Manitoba. I can receive calls but I cannot make outgoing calls. I keep getting the voicemail telling about 3g ending. I may have to buy another newer phone
