She finally decided to make the switch as well from Rogers and it went so smoothly. Sim card arrived in 2 days and she was ported over in less than an hour. Cheers!
My plan just switched over to this new plan without any problems! Was expecting to have the same issues others were having, but looks like those were either isolated incidents or PM has fixed the issue.
