Recently I changed my plan to upgrade to 4G and 15 GB of data. However, the web site was very slow. In short I made two payments of $40 and would like a refund of 1 if these payments.
I am in autopay. The extra money for the double payment would continue perpetually. So I decided to stop autopay temporarily until the funds are used up, then reinstitute it after the funds are used up.
I have cancelled autopay for 1 month. When my bill comes due please use the excess funds from my double payment to pay my bill. If there are excess charges I will pay them manually. Once this excess funds are used up I will return to autopay.
