I'm porting a number from Bell and activating using the PM app. It's been stuck at the "Install eSIM" step for about 20 mins. At what point should I abort this, and what can I do to install the eSIM? Device is a Google Pixel 8.
I ended up killing the app after 30 mins and scanned the eSIM QR code in the email, which worked. I guess either I missed the prompts or they didn't happen. All good now, maybe others will find this useful.
