Phone plan Canada-US-Mexico, does this mean you can use your phone in Mexico too or just call Mexico?

I have been looking and nowhere does it tell me all it says is Hero Data Plan. I cannot find what I have in my plan. I look in Subscriptions and nowhere does it tell me what I have in my plan.
