sign in with your username and password and go to My Account. My Account > Plan and Add Ons > Lost/Stolen Phone If you can't sign into your account you'll have to connect with a MOD
Seems like true speeds are fine for what I need. I’ll stick w PM for the great price and ability to earn money for paying my bill with autopay, referrals and community forums.
