User Activity

Have 1 account but 2 phone plans.  Payment on Nov 14 for one plan but not the other.  Service for second phone has stopped.  Need to pay fpr second plan which it used to do in the past.  Recently lost card and switched card, now only one plan is paid...
Anybody looking into situation and responding to my question 
Went through all the procedures, was activated with my old Telus Number but now nothing no phone, no email etc.  Please help  as it was working
