My bank in the US is suggesting that my Canadian mobile carrier is blocking the receipt of a verification text due to a short code block. Does this sound feasible, and if so, how can I request to have my bank short-code whitelisted?

No, I used my existing account.Perhaps it's fastest to just start the process again.Can we cancel the transfer request and re-instate my primary number to my existing account.I will create a new account to transfer the Bell number seperately.
