I'm new to Public Mobile and have noted that, unlike my previous provider, I don't receive a text notifying me that I have a voicemail. Is this possible with PM and, if so, how do I set it up. Thanks in advance.
Thanks again Phil_Adelphus. This is what I thought too (although I'm far from an expert!) I have submitted a ticket as you suggested. If PM support are able to fix this issue I will post back here with their comments/solution.
