I recently switch from a OnePlus Nord N200 to a Motorola Moto G 5G 2024 (on sale at Staples) and now the signal level is weaker on the new Moto G and I cannot take calls in my house on the ground floor without them dropping or not even ringing.  Not ...

I was charged the same thing yet I can't contact anyone to ask why?  Submitting a ticket doesn't work.
