I referred a friend yesterday but he forgot to apply the referal code when he signed up. Can we claim this after the fact ?

I did... TWICE !I also opened another ticket about 15 minutes ago to see if a different Agent would pick it up. No response (yet) !?

It's actually been more than 2 hours since I last heard from an Agent for support... eyeroll !I haven't had a working phone for 4 hours now.

I've been answering their replies almost immediately. They've been taking 30 minutes or more to reply.edited by computergeek541: inappropriate language removed

Yes, I currently have a support ticket in the works but the turnaround is very slow. They're asking me questions that I answered in my OP. Very frustrating !

The e-sim is not on the new phone and my old phone already relinquished it. I'm surrently without a working phone.
