I bought a new phone that doesn't have esim capacity. Ordered a SIM from Public Mobile and have installed in the new phone and entered the SIM card # into my account info through the app. Still don't have a connection. What do I need to do next?
I  purchased a 300-minute long distance add on and when I tried to make my first call a voice recording tells me I have used all my minutes. How do I activate my new add-on?
