That's what I done at the beginning. I got the esim with a new number and do the porting but CS Agent told me they could transfer it only if I could provide the account number which I already told them there wasn't one. And they couldn't help with it...
Hey @Chalupa_Batman It's a super new company named Kini which also using Telus network. And I don't know how they fix my issue, the only thing I know is they can help me to transfer my number with IMEI and no need an account number.
