YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I'M TRYING TO SOLVE MINE, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS SINCE I SET UP MY ACCOUNT.

I set up my public mobile account at Waltmart, since then I have not been able to receive calls and text messages.  Would someone be able to assist me please?   Thank you!
