My wife is changing from a Telus pay and talk to P M, on average how long does it take Telus to send the “ok to cancel” text yo her phone?

Thanks, but the issue is she has been waiting 20hrs for the text so she can reply ok, how long should it take got her to receive it do she can say YES and continue on with activating her PM account, thanks
