Why can I not talk to a real person anymore for any phone carrier or internet provider. The ai only works for people that don’t even know how to use a computer. I have an issue the ai can’t solve yet can’t get ahold of a real person

It’s been a year if not longer. No one has the phone number why can Koodo not just change my number to the old one that was created with Koodo then transferred to public. I’ll do anything to get this number back
That isn’t true if I can literally just talk to someone who works at public mobile I’ll be able to get it back but since all the stupid ai stuff I can’t talk to anyone real
