Does anyone know why when I'm setting up new phone number and pick Sydney nova Scotia it does not give me a phone number with the local area code 902

I have an acct and i cannot sign in it is telling me the password is wrong.i try to reset my password and it says it sent me an email but i never recieve the emails..please help
