I just transferred from Telus. They have completed the transfer on their end. But I was just told that transfer couldn't be completed by Public. And I'm unable to log in. And there's no customer support. And I don't have service. What do I do?
Update: It's been 3 hours and Public Mobile was unable to help me. They said the only thing that can be done is to drive an hour to the closest Telus store and buy a sim card. And apparently that will fix the issue. Terrible service. I'll likely ...
I heard back from them 45 minutes ago asking for account info, etc. No update since then about when it will be fixed, when I'll have service or access to my account. So far I rate Public Mobile as a 1/5. Will continue to update so others can see h...
