Hello; i have international long distance minutes but i am unable to make calls to the Caribbean. I receive a message indicating that the call cannot be completed as dialed. Is there a special way to dial out? Regards,MM

Thank you for your response. When calling cell or landlines I receive the same PM message "Call cannot be completed as dialed". Thanks much.
