I pressured a Telus rep. to admit that they have reduced service in my area. He said my only option was to use WI-Fi calling. So I need to switch to Telus or other provider. Since PM doesn't support this WI-fi calling.
I had the same issue since Thursday. No send/receive calls. But this morning my phone is working normally again without me doing anything to it. So I tried making 10 calls and receiving some calls. All good. I guess Telus network issue?
Just noticed that the problem does not exist if I walk 200 meters to the next street. So I guess it's a Telus service reduction of some kind. To force me to buy a new phone.
I'm having the same problem. But I notice that if I walk 200 meters to the next street, the problem is solved. So I now assume the problem is with a service reduction of some sort with the Telus network.
