What is the hold up. Are they on vacation? Did a zombie apocalypse happen? I need @CS_Agent to respond ASAP so I can use my phone!! This is insane! I sent a msg on Wednesday, again on Thursday & now it is Friday with no reply. That’s a little outrage...
I added the wrong plan to my phone and now I only have access to data.. no calling or texting ... I need this fixed immediately and I sent a msg to mods yesterday AND today with no reply 
I was changing my plan today and screwed it up royally. I was suppose to pick the 90 day, unlimited texting & unlimited calls within Canada.
I was trying to change my plan mid cycle and when building my plan instead of clicking on the 15gb I clicked on 9 gb was hoping someone could fix this so I don’t have to pay another &195 for the plan I wanted
