My Account is not working on the website, I have tried multiple browsers and devices. Please look into this issue

There is no error provided; the My Account link just brings me back to publicmobile.caIf I type myaccount.publicmobile.ca into the address it also just brings me to publicmobile.caThis is after Ive successfully logged into the account.
