I I want to change the 90 days subscription to a 30 days before the ending cycle , do I get charged again for the remaining time ?

I`m already on 90 days subscription that ends on Oct 17. I will like to change it to 30 days before the ending cycle. Do I get charged again, i f I renew before the Oct 17 ?
