Hellotoday my family experienced a health related emergency, my son is 12 years old and is completely deaf and does not talk nor does he talk on the phone does public mobile offer 911 texting should we be in this situation again?
I accidently changed the plan on the wrong phone number. Both my sons and mine are in my name and i changed plan on his phone instead of mine, im hoping somethinng can be done about this but im not hopeful.. hopefully they can do something for you.
