I can't find an option to upgrade my phone  to android version 9 or 10.I am using version 6 on Polaroid phone, A600. Can anoboy help me ?

Does anybody know how to make Polaroid A1600 send & receive text with pictures or imagesI followed instructions but still not working, is there any other set up to do ?Thanks for any help 

Microphone missing on keyboard

I want to use microphone on keyboard for texting, instead of typing, but I cant find mic when I turn on my keyboard.
