I change my plan to $39 plan after I added my bank card so it not only charged me $25 for the plan today it took my $27 balance and charge my bank 1380 so for $39 plan today I’ve paid 65 80 why would it charge me twice in the same day for plans?

I’m trying to change my plan and every time I go to submit the money that it needs to change it keeps telling me that there’s an error. I have the money in my account. It was supposed to change today but took out my old account instead of the new one...
