UPDATE Later. I did buy the phone and the seller texted me the IMEI after I purchased and the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G SM-G990W does indeed work on Public Mobile Network.Thanks to all those who provided input. Much appreciated.

The 911 tax has been around for a long time . I was paying on my Bell landline here in New Brunswick for years before I ported my number to PM - and I wondered why I wasn't paying it when I came to Public. My guess either Public was not collecting it...

OK thanks. I'll order it. The S-5 needs replacing anyway as the camera software won't update and only works is if I text a photo to myself within 10 seconds - otherwise it saves a grey image. 
