I would like to buy Japan SIM card when travel in Japan. The SIM card requests add new APN, but when I look at my APN setting, it is grey out. Does anyone know how to add new APN for new SIM card in this case? Thanks
Recently I got network connection issue. There is no data signal on the phone. I noticed that my plan got changed from $30 / month to $20 /month these days. Does this change cause the data issue? How to fix the problem?Thanks,
It turned out that when the plan got changed in backend, I had to shutdown the power and restart it to get the network back.Thanks for all your assistance.Jerry
