Calling international numbers that have previously worked, and are saved in my phone.  My international minutes are topped up.  Still just get error messages when I try calling.  How to make international calls work again?To clarify, the numbers are ...

Normally my bill is 22.05 per month.  However now this month I was charged $26.25.  I have not changed my plan.  I have unliimted calling with 1GB data.  Can anyone please refund the 4.20, and fix it so this doesn't happen in future months?  Not sure...
