This is a public forum and you shouldn’t post personal info. I’m sure when an oracle spots your post they will edit it. As far as canceling, the only way is to just stop paying your monthly bill and after 90 days it will be cancelled.

I don’t think you can setup an account with 3G data - 4G and 5G are offered. I think that you setup the $20 plan that includes 3 GB data at 4G speeds. Set your phones data settings to LTE and see if it helps.
If someone calls your land line number does it also go to your cell phone? If it doesn’t then your porting obviously did not complete so suggest you contact CS and let them guide you through the process.
