Has anyone not received communication from anyone else other than telus? I have received 2fa's and texts from telus but at times not from anyone else. How is it determined who you get texts from?
Hi, hTideGnow Thanks you for letting me know. It did happen once or twice before, my phone was put on hold and I couldn't receive 2fa from various accounts. I have had PM for a few years now. Seems to happen when texts are somewhat urgent.
