Hi- an agent suggested that I request a security code on the website to change my options for verification - how to switch it from sending a text verification code to sending an email verification code. any suggestions on how to find it?
I am directed to confirm for full access of my account. The code is being sent to the wrong phone number and there is no option to send the code to my email address. I cannot access the code so as to access my account to pay.
