on my s23 ultra 5g top speed was 280 normally about 230-250 . Am I slow on 5g?

My second phone number with rogers . On 5g+ I can get 800. On 5g about 500-700

Nope. Been use for 8 months . Just wanna check if anyone can get better speed on 5g. Seems 280 is not fast on 5g.
