Will do next time.it worked fine after getting close to the border

I followed instructions and checked every step.  Roaming is on, AT & T, LTE.Honestly speaking, kind of disappointed, but impressed at the quick response and support. 

I subscribed the 60GB Canada and US Data Plan.

I checked and I did the same thing.  I was in New Jersey and New York for a few days.  I could call or text but there was no internet connection. I don’t think it’s about tall buildings, for I tried at different places.
