It's an eSim I don't have any other phones that support eSim unfortunately.I just turned off 5g, and switched to 3g, and voice calls work. So it must be volte causing the issue, frustrated because volte worked on Bell just fine. Thoughts?

Thank you, I have asked for this switch in activation type... The agent just asked me to get a SIM, which I did purchase at a Telus kiosk. I hope they are changing the account to physical SIM behind the scenes. I will enquire again today, thanks!
