Can any one tell me how to cancel my Subscription with Public Mobile? Who do i notify on my Cycle Period ?

Can anyone tell me if i will be issued or sent a new Sim card by upgrading to promotion offer? If so , how am i getting new card that offer says it comes with two types physical sim or e-sim?Thank-you for any feedback on this renewal upgrade.
