So they deactivate my account on Feb 2. Their error, no apology. I was on auto pay. Finally after 9 messages l got setup Feb 4 lost all my reward points and 22 days later they are going to change my plan. They told me my plan was no going to change. ...
Hi, l do not know if l have even safe setup on my account or not. Does anyone know how l can check. I can login to my account with password and Face ID. Thanks
My husband and l are Public Mobile customers. A couple of days ago when l send him a text to his iPhone he is not receiving the text on his phone, he is getting it on his iPad. How do l fix this. Thank you
