Are the plans renewed monthly or every 90 days

Hi,I got the 34/month can-US plan. I have 50 gb data, is that per month or for 90 days? And is the same plan available when I am in US?

It just says error code: xxx there is no number

@Handy1 and Do you know the can-us plan means that you are roaming in US on the same plan? Basically no need to purchase roaming when in US?
