Yeah i paid mine with accumulated rewards and got nothing in the way of 5%points back. Contacted CSAgent and I was told that the way it works

In Thunder Bay proper pm works ok. One of the areas I know the reception is not that good is out Lakeshore Dr. Rogers used to be better service there in the past not sure about now though. I don't have 5g capable phone so can't speak to that. 

Dropped calls are getting more and more frequent in  Niagara also. Disapointed

Please close this thread. Same comments over and over again with no value added. Move on people.

If you can find a provider that has better and cheaper services by all means make the switch. For my personal situation I have not found one yet.  My wallet does the talking for me.
