My phone has an x next to the data signal icon and isnt working. I checked my account and it says plan expired next to may plan details. I have auto pay, so why would this happen?
I know there's the IMEI checker thing for making sure your phone works on PM, but what about buying a phone online? is there a easy way of knowing if the phone would be compatible with out knowing the IMEI number?  I mean shouldn't all unlocked phone...
Just curious about the rewards system, If you change your plan are your rewards reset? are do you keep them as long as you stay with public.
