It is embarrassing for a mobile phone company to not have a website that works on most mobiles due to poor design and scripting practices. Making your rewards hard to redeem seems almost like a design intention on their part ☹Seriously not impressed.
I am in the same boat: i used to pay about $25 a month (i had $2 off auto pay, $4 off loyalty) but my bill increased to $33 this month, that's $8 extra! I am really disappointed.
