Hi, I referred a friend and received a text message stating it, but it’s not showing up in my rewards. Any thoughts on why?

I ported over from rogers a week ago. I can’t seem to send/receive texts, and can’t get an OTP for the app/to log into to eversafe bc the text isn’t coming through. please advise
