I purchased an esim for another phone but  never recievrd refund maybe system error

Purchased another eSIM to switch back to another phone how do I get a credit back since I couldn’t use the old eSIM thanks 

Signed up with a 5 g plan.  Seems slow not much difference than 4 g.  Samsung phone  any thoughts Thanks
