I referred a friend to public where can I see it on my account

Have a new 34$ month 5G plan and not getting5G network service what a rip off...

Just used 25 points to buy US roaming for 15days and nothing ,then I purchased US roaming from add ons $17.25 and still nothing please refund me as soon as possible. 

Why are these good plans only available to new customers I would like to take advantage of these special plans? How do I proceed if I want one of the BOXING WEEK PLANS FOR NEW CUSTONERS...The old loyal customers are no good anymore...
