Unused data packs are said to carry over from month to month

I purchased an additional 4 GB 45 days ago. This was an addition to data only, regardless of talk minutes or messages. I used only 1.6 GB out of the 4 GB. I received a message from Public Mobile that my browsing package has ended

It was already activated a month and a half ago and was fine. But stopped after 1.6 GB

I already paid for the package 45 days ago
