Attrition. Make policies less friendly to the existing, less profitable folks. Do "promos" later to attract new, more profitable customers. 

Not sure if this was posted already but anyone remember this?  

CCTS accepted my complaint.  

I'm currently looking at Fizz. They have their beta test right now. 

FWIW - I filed a complaint with the CCTS. I may just be one guy but perhaps if CCTS sees enough of this, it'll move the needle.
