I have the same issue with a samsung s20 5g and still get this message. I'm wondering could it be due to an old sim card? I've been with public for years.
Thanks! It said not compatible. I am probably going to look at pre owned. Am I safe purchasing any 2024 or 2025 Samsung S series? Or what do I look for?
