5G not available on S20FE 5G phone

How can I connect to 5G network?? I switched to a 5g subscription, but I'm only able to connect to LTE+ network. 5G network doesn't show up.

It seems that PM only allows you to upgrade subscriptions, no downgrades. This sucks!

I wanted to switch my subscription to the $29, 10GB, 5G plan for Canada, US & Mexico during the Black Friday deals. But, I was told by a customer service agent, that plan is not available for existing customers.

PM didn't offer any worth while deals for existing customers. Guess they don't value us as much as new customers!
