I am unable to port over my old phone number from TELUS.I get a '!Phone number not eligible for port' error.I have confirmed that my account is active by making a phone call.My Telus account appears still active as well.
I remember seeing an option to use an account number.No I have not cancelled my account yet.I did speak with Porting Assistance and they said that porting over has been approved on their end.Thanks again for your help.I guess I just have to be patien...
